I didn’t know that the heist in this book would be the entire plot, I got 100 pages in and it was all heist prep. The cafe/ bar and the vampires were just like itty bitty side plots that honestly could have been removed and produced the same result
Now I’m not going to rate this as i don’t think that’s fair! I’m not a lover of heist books usually and if i’d’ve known I wouldn’t have gone into this with the same level of excitement as i did!! I think i hyped this up in my head be something it wasn't.

I was originally going to give this book a 3/5, but the last 100 pages made it a 4. The writing is convoluted and hard to understand at times but the story is incredibly original and intriguing.
Just couldn't get into it - was never motivated to pick it back up
