I originally had low expectations for this one since I didn’t love the first book in the series. However, I actually really liked this one. It felt more like the two characters have loved each other for so long yet were disconnected. The relationship between Cecilia and Edward was by far much better than George and Billie from the first book. I hadn’t read a fake marriage/ memory loss book before but I really liked it in this context.

This is my favourite book so far as gets right into it for the start with the mystery and love story. 

There are two types of love stories going on as she goes to look for her missing, so her love for her brother brought her to America and then met Edward to look after him after his injury. 

It’s got a lot of good twists and turns and a good percentage of intimate scenes from near the start. 

I also like the linking of the sibling stories at the end.
