Enjoyable read during the festive season. Easy and light stories that were heartwarming.
emotional medium-paced
Loveable characters: Yes

Fijn geschreven, in 1 dag uitgelezen. Leuk dat je verschillende verhalen in 1 boek hebt, niet vervelend om van het één naar het ander te gaan: het past ergens wel bij elkaar.

“Paris for one” is such a sweet story; I absolutely love it!

After how much I loved Me Before You and One Plus One, I'm a little underwhelmed by this collection. The first short story--about half the book--was the best.

“It’s about . . . a girl who finds herself alone in Paris. But not for long.” “And these are—” Nell stops at an open page. “Pros and cons.” Nell nods to herself. “Nice.”

Cute stories. Nothing too original, but enjoyable.

I enjoyed the first story that was much more of a novella than a short story. It was predictable, yet sweet. The short story collection was mixed. A few satisfying, but most were rather dull. I think the jewelry store heist was my favorite because of its quirkiness.

If you're a big fan of Moyes, I think you'll enjoy this book but otherwise skip it.

Just the sort of airplane fare one needs, light and fun! This is a compilation of short stories by lovely Jojo of 'Me Before You' fame. Some short stories certainly resonated more than others--but I did find the two more significant stories really lovely indeed.

Spot on reading for those who want to try and tune out the noisy hum of a busy airplane!

the 3 stars are for the “He wishes he knew what to say to her. He kicks at the pavement, wondering how a man who prides himself on being good with words can find himself without a single one.” line from Paris for One.
I liked Honeymoon in Paris the most I think and Paris for One needed a little more communication?? Idk… like… they had cell phones right??
