Delightful. Down a star because I just don’t love short stories. I feel unsatisfied. But they were great nonetheless.

Paris for One was entertaining. I didn’t even finish the other stories.

Good collection of short stories

moving quick read

Each female character did what she needed for herself. Don’t typically like short stories but love Jojo Moyes and her thoughtful characters.

A perfect book to read before heading to Paris!

I loved this quick read! I finished it in one hour so it was very good and enjoying to read!

What a fun story about a girl discovering a new city and taking on some adventure. The character developed well and it was so romantic.

I only preferred the main story and skipped over the other stories.

4.5 (I reserve 5s for books I’d recommend universally)

I generally shy away from short story collections. They usually leave me wanting. I’m trying to keep looking, hoping I’ll find a collection of stories that just do it for me. And this book worked.

All the stories are about relationships, broken or just tired or new and flourishing. Most of the stories had a surprise twist that left me feeling pretty satisfied when finished. I plowed through this book in less than 24 hours...and life with a baby doesn’t often allow for reading at all!

Ironically I just finished my first Jojo Moyes before this and didn’t love it. So I was a little skeptical. Turns out she’s fantastic with short form!!
