Love the concept, but way too slow.
They could have made the book half as long and still have copious amounts of detail.

In regards to Millennials, "If a second generation doesn't have access to the American Dream, America is toast."

Oddly prescient. Recommended.

This books teaches us to think in cylindrical time. The forth turning is “crisis” which is due 2025.

I think it is pretty accurate so far. We are getting close guys

I remember being really impressed by this in 1998 when I originally read it but, in retrospect, it seems very pseudo-scientific. Might be worth a reread to see how it holds up.

Repetitive and definitely cherry picked.

While the predictions were accurate it just wasn’t that great a read to me.

The fact that Steve Bannon enjoys this made me queasy and made me want to wrap it up quickly.

In the wrong hands this could be dangerous. But if you want to explore a new history theory and aren’t a right wing nut, sure, give it a read. But I promise you - you’ll get the point like 20 pages in. Honestly a Wikipedia search on the subject will give you the same info that I paid to read in the book.

Lol- damn I really dragged it.
