I like the ideas and the practice; I just hate reading self-help/motivational writing.

I think the first few chapters were very interesting & had some great insight; but after that, it got insanely repetitive. You can take what you need from the book within the first 80 or so pages.

Worth reading and has changed my life, but I wouldn’t reread the book now that I understand the method.

I really liked this updated version of this one and all the added material. Hal gives practical tips on how to create your miracle morning with the SAVERS and the reasoning behind using each one. He even helps you to adapt the routine if you don't have much time in the morning. I've been using the SAVERS in my morning routine for a while now and have really noticed a difference. I would highly recommend this book.

Woohoo! My 50th book of the year! My old nutritionist recommended this to me when I was suffering from intrusive thoughts :/ and insecurity but I didn’t think to pick it up until now like a year and some later when I began to slip back in and I honestly really enjoyed it like I haven’t been on any kind of morning routine regiment and haven’t been prioritizing my yoga or meditation so I feel like this is just a simple and effective way to start. Yeah overall I enjoyed! Stuff like this is always worth the read bc even if u know everything which is like okay

Not meant for the veteran self-help book reader. Too much fluff, not enough substance. I appreciated the premise of the miracle morning. But honestly, this could easily be condensed to two chapters, if not less.

Read the whole thing if you need to be talked up and convinced of giving it a try. Skim through (or honestly, Google) for the meat and potatoes.

Some interesting tips & ideas but I personally found it hard to get past the sales style of writing.

Pretty decent self-help book. I've heard a lot of it before, but set forth in a morning ritual, though not new to be just from personal habits from watching my mother have her own "Miracle Morning" every day for my entire childhood, this was refreshing, and very encouraging. I'll come back once I've made a habit of the Miracle Morning and add on to this review!

A kernel of truth padded out to book length when it should have been a blog post. Very privileged white man perspective.

Also, so many scientific claims without reference. My guy, the internet exists. Finding studies to back up your claims would have made this go from woowoo to legit.

Decent suggestions but written in the typical self improvement/MLM “mentor” type language with a lot of fluff. Something seems off about the author- some non integration.
