This is just…not it.
The things he does to her is just uncalled for
Tracker in her phone and then eventually in her neck? What is wrong with him?
He even says he wants to isolate her from everybody in her life so she can only have him and depend on him because apparently he’ll never leave her
That is classic ABUSIVE behavior wtf
Another thing too- she explicitly tells him “no” when he tries to do sexual stuff to her, and tries to push him away and hit him to get away and even cries on multiple occasions, and he just like “yeah, no I don’t care, I’m going to do it anyways”
I’m sick of authors writing rape on a page and calling it romance

Yeah... I don't think I'm a dark romance person.

I got through 3 chapters, but he actually murdered someone. 😳

Can someone explain the "morally gray" concept to me? Because I still don't get it. Like how is Rhysand from ACOTAR supposed to be considered morally gray? I don't remember him being angry and murdery all the time, or putting stalking software on her phone. Maybe it's because they didn't have phones in ACOTAR, so he couldn't put stalking software on her phone? IDK, but he just doesn't seem the same as the book boyfriends I've come across in the dark romances I've tried to read.

For some reason, I also keep expecting the guys in these books to be super possessive but secretly super nice. But that hasn't been my experience so far, which probably means these books aren't for me.

This is one of my new favorite series.
Unhinged hockey boys
Girls that eventually grow a backbone
Twisty plots

Brothers ex:
Miles, sweet little miles, one ups the other boys in chapter 2, proving he isn’t so sweet or little. And he may be my favorite so far.

Willow felt like a real person, emotion wise.

Sure hope Knox gets his world rocked in his book.

I actually don't remember much about this book other than I got bored and switched to something else. I think I had planned to come back and finish but since I don't remember anything, I'm going to just mark this as DNF. I believe I had started reading because I was told it had a "pacifier" k!nk and wanted to see how that played out but a friend had finished and said that was incorrect so DNF it is.

I liked this one more than Steele's book and it even convinced me to go back and give Greyson's another shot. This was one of those books I could tell right irom the start that l'd enjoy it & I loved damn near everything about Miles - the NC aside. I feel like this author does a great job of making characters that could easily be UNlikeable very likable, it that makes sense.

Apparently dark hockey romance is my jam because I ate this book up. Actually this whole series. The spice is giving and so is the story. I couldn’t ask for more.

Just couldn't connect to the characters.
