I don't think this is a book one can rate. Would you rate Bible? The two are somewhat similar because they represent a certain way of thinking that reached us from the very old times. It does not feel like something one can measure from the position of today.
Maybe the only question that could be asked here, therefore, is whether it is still relevant. And yes, despite being a very old set of warfare advises, it is still very relevant and would probably interest people outside of the military field more than those in it. Because I suspect that the practical aspect of the book has grown pretty redundant by now.
Still, it's an interesting conceptual work of how to carry yourself through life, how to meet difficulties, how to address them, how to be a good leader and make decisions. It can be inspiring and offer a worthy way of seeing problems anew.
Should interest people who are into mindfulness, self-control, discipline, self-motivation, leadership etc.
On the other hand, the text itself is very short, most of the book consists of explanations of it, and it's well-written, simple and basic to grasp. So it's something anyone can read and see what they can take from it.

this was a surprise I didn’t expect to like this book so much. it was a delight to read.
