gasp, the tail

Stand-alone, smutty fantasy- part of a ‘slaying’ collection, with each book by a different author. The two main characters are written OK, but the secondary ones have no depth- making it feel like you’re continually reading on the surface. The opportunities to dive into layers are not explored. And the nuggets to connect on deeper levels are weak. Not really for me.

This book slayed me! I absolutely loved it I read it twice consecutively!
It has all the good tropes: enemies to lovers, forced proximity, revenge, Fae shifters, one bed! And super spicy! This shifter Prince is hot, hot, hot and he has a tail and knows how to use it!! The FMC is fierce and determined to get her revenge but this Shifter Prince isn’t going to make it easy for her!
I first bought the ebook and then bought the hardcover as well! The cover art is beautiful! Love, love, can’t say it enough!
