As a romance still a little underwhelming, but my hope in this series has been restored! I did miss Book Club a little again, and the romance wasn’t as much of a slowburn as I’d enjoy within a friends-to-lovers romance, but I loved the chemistry between Noah and Alexis. They were cute af together. Also I’m damned excited for the next book in the series!

Love this series. Reader is amazing!

Another wonderful addition to the Bromance Book Club series! I loved how this book started out with Alexis and Noah quite honestly being the best of friends. They support each other through tough times, but then also know how to laugh together too. The story takes a deeper turn as Alexis' father turns up in her life, someone she's never known. And we come to realize that Noah is struggling through the anger of his own father's death. But the star of the show, as always with this series, is the banter back and forth between the men in the Bromance Book Club. They are all hilarious and delightful and so perfectly male. I loved every second of this book and simply devoured it.

First time I've binged read a book in a long time. I genuinely love the Bromance Book Club series. The men in it are endearing, and while the overt discussion about the bookclub books are a little too on the nose, as are some of the ways the men describe breaking stereotypes in real life, I can easily forgive all that because I've consistently loved the main characters and wanted their relationships to succeed. I really liked Noah and Alexis. My biggest complaint was with Candi and all the pressure she laid on Alexis without knowing her at all. I feel Lyssa Kay Adams tried to address this with Candi's apologies, but I also felt protective of Alexis's caring nature throughout this book. So in that sense, I think some of the storytelling worked, but I did think some of the family stuff felt forced at the end. If these characters stories were continued throughout the series I would have loved if nuggets of Alexis's family connection would have been filtered throughout the next books, rather than forced into the end.

That said I really enjoyed this novel, it's characters, and some of the interesting plot points.
