SPOILERS TO FOLLOW

I DEVOURED this story on Webtoon when it was first released but than after a point I stopped logging on so much and then I couldn't catch up. I was really excited when I saw that a physical graphic novel was being put together because I truly did enjoy the story. I remember what I read of the story really well so all of this was familiar to me. I love Clove and Kyro so much. They were my favorite ship on Webtoon when I was reading it so religiously. The lore of the dragon marks and the political drama that's happening behind the scenes was fun to read about again. I felt like the timeline of events was sped up a bit or that scenes were missing but this is an ARC so I expected that. I can't wait to read more of this!!

I received a copy of this in exchange for feedback.

The art is lovely, and I enjoyed the storyline, though it felt very familiar. I am curious to see where this goes. I'll be checking it out on Webtoons while I wait for the next physical edition.

I don't have a lot to say one way or another, though, so I feel kind of bad this is my review for it.

Gorgeous illustrations, interesting storyline, I'll be interested in continuing this webtoon turned book as the series continues.

Thank you to Netgalley and Oni Press for an advanced copy of this book.

What I liked:
There were tropes in here that are some favourites of mine like enemies to lovers and marriage of convenience. The artwork is lovely and I appreciate that it's in full colour.

What I didn't like:
I thought more was going to happen in this volume. There's a lot of backstory needed for this story but we only got the bare minimum. I also wanted more from the tropes I mentioned above. The enemies part seems like it's going to be incredibly short lived.

I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

I absolutely loved this!

I found the story intriguing, two clans being at war for over 300 years with plans to end the war by bringing the Crimson Prince and the Azure Princess together in matrimony. Of course, not everyone is happy with this plan.

Then the art is amazing. Each page, each panel was a thing of beauty. I really loved the design of the dragons.

I finished this in a day and cannot wait for the next one!

Sweet and innocent girl marries a bad boy. Nothing new here. So far there's barely any magic in it. Although I am curious to dragons' nature tbh.

It's a cheesy and goofy enemies to lovers romance. It has its moments although sometimes characters behave as if they are 15 and not thinking. I sadly can't talk much about the plot without spoiling. But there's some predictable but nonetheless juicy stuff here.

There's also greed and selfishness and skeletons in closets. I really like that that servants seem to gossip so much. Sometimes nobles forget servants do talk to each other and maybe their enemy has a spy or two among them.

I don't know if I'll continue with the series. It's neither great nor terrible. Thank you Netgalley and ONI press for providing me with free ARC in exchange for an honest review.

To save her people, princess Clove the last remaining heir of the Cerulean Dragon clan must marry her greatest enemy prince Kyro the heir to the Crimson Dragon clan. I really liked this graphic novel, the art is gorgeous and the story is interesting so far. I can’t wait to see what happens in vol 2.

Thank you Netgalley and Oni Press for sending me a ARC of this graphic novel.
