If you know Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and its main principles, you won't get a whole lot out of this book. If you haven't heard of ACT or don't know it super well, I can see this book offering up some insight. I think I've just read too many of these types of books to truly benefit like a normal person would, as I didn't really feel like I learned much (but it probably would have been a different story a few years ago).
