Crimes Against a Book Club was super cute and pretty unique. Annie and Sarah both need money & with Annie's brains and Sarah's beauty, Annie knows just how to scam the rich, book club ladies out of $2000.00 each.  Of course things take a comical turn south & Annie's drama-loving mother Chloe is suddenly involved.
My favorite character was probably Kim and her "I am woman" attitude. Though pretty slow paced, this was a good read with a few laugh out loud moments.

A funny read

Super light and fun— definitely a beach or vacation read

A fun look at women and their relationships, self-image, and money issues. What would you do for your kids? How much would you spend to look and feel younger? How do your friendships impact your self esteem? All these questions and some truly humorous takes on current and classic books.

Challenge #4 POPSUGAR 2020: A book about a book club:

This book is funny just not for me.

This was a fun, quick read. I really enjoyed it.

I loved this book! It was a little slow getting started and had a few slow parts but the characters are well developed. The characters draw you into their world and you can't help but love them. Their circumstances around why Sarah and Annie create their face cream and sell it to their rich friends will make you feel for them even though Annie does add an illegal substance to the cream without telling the customers or Sarah. You will fall in love with the characters and if you can listen to the audiobook, do it! Katherine Kellgren does an amazing job with narration.

This book was okay, the premise was odd, I can't believe someone would do what Annie did, but this is fiction.
