Listened to this on audio. The story was good but the inflections the narrator used were annoying. I liked the couple a lot and the story was good. Not too much tension and drama and HEA. I wish there was an epilogue.
Oki! This was my last read of this year and to say the least... I went for something more... "spicy"? To word it accordingly? Anyway!
I liked it, it was a sweet read, I believe, so.. hm!
I am currently not able to write a proper review, that is why I will go with this for now!
Happy new year!

⭐ Book Review: The Sweetest Oblivion ⭐
I just wrapped this one up last night, and let me tell you—I was hooked enough to stay up until 12:10 a.m. because I had to know how it ended. While it did take a little while to get to the spicy parts, once it heated up, it was really good—just like the other books in this series. And the sweet ending tied everything together perfectly.
Like any good mafia romance, the men are definitely morally gray. But at the same time, they’re not so different from your everyday protective man—except, of course, they’ll happily unalive anyone who stands in the way of their love. 😅 The possessiveness, the loyalty, and the edge kept me flipping those pages.
I really enjoyed watching the relationship play out between the two leads. You could tell they both had their fair share of trust issues, which made them relatable to me. Their dynamic felt real in a way, even with all the dangerous twists woven in.
Overall, I enjoyed this book. If you’re into morally gray heroes, a slow-burn spice that’s worth the wait, and a romance that leaves you with a sweet aftertaste, then The Sweetest Oblivion is a solid read.
