What a BRUTAL cliffhanger!!!! Much better than book 1, not as much unnecessary filler, glad I kept going.

You know how the second book of a trilogy often feels like a filler with little to no story? This is not the case. I absolutely loved this, even more than the first book. Especially once you get to the part in Venda it’s an absolute masterpiece (in the most comfy way).

Překvapivě mě, druhý díl Kronik pozůstalých, zaujal mnohem více, než díl předchozí. Na zajímavosti mu přidalo i prostředí Vendy, jeho neobvyklost a spletitá historie. Charaktery hlavních postav se stále rozvíjí, odhalují tak více ze své osobnosti, a stávají se mnohem ucelenějšími a komplexnějšími. A i když se příběh dějově až tak výrazně neposunul, bez problémů si dokázal udržet moji pozornost, a plně mě zaujmout. A i když knihu hodnotím stejným počtem hvězd, musím uznat, že tento díl je přeci jen, citelně silnější. V případě prvního dílu, jsem navyšovala hodnocení jen díky konci, zatímco větší část knihy, mi přišla víceméně průměrná.
