 I didn't love it, I didn't hate it; it was OK.
I would probably have to read the first novel to truly be able to say, but the writing style in this was not my cup of tea. But then, I just read this to get a little taste of what it is about.
It did intrigue me enough to want to try the first book, so mission accomplished.
