This book couldn’t have come at a better time for me. It starts off with a great hook and honestly just gets better from there. A little after halfway and I was too addicted to put it down. Sorry friends I am too busy listening to cowgirl/city girl sapphic goodness!
I could see myself grabbing this one up again for a nice little brain vacation.
And y’all?

You know she did the hat thing! What’s a cowgirl romance without it, iykyk.

This book was a quick, fun read

even though I wanted to take the MC by the shoulders and shake her for not seeing the very obvious solution before her very eyes the entire time. Like does she even deserve to be an event planner if she saw an entire farm and didn't immediately think "event space!"????

. The MC's inner monologue was funny, the characters surrounding her were fun (except her supposed "best friend" was a shitty friend the entire time), the sexual tension was great, and I had a good time. And I will always love a sapphic story where the drama has nothing to do with either party's queerness at all. It's like one of those rare gay Hallmark movies. A little cheesy, problems are wrapped up a little to easily, but overall a fun way to spend a few hours.

I'm glad I don't DNF books because the last 5 chapters were enjoyable. However most of the characters were delulu, cringe, codependent, or some combination of those. Don't love that this was compared to Delilah Green Doesn't Care because that is a perfect sapphic romance and this was far from it.

DNFed at 45%. Boring, hated Molly, and just couldn’t stick it out for Shani despite how hot she is.

I loved this story! I wish we had gotten to see more of Molly and Shani’s story in the end but overall this was a very cute story! I related to Molly in many many ways
