This was my first contemporary romance by A.L. Jackson and one of my first experiences with MC romances. I am officially hooked on both now. My favorite aspect of MC romances is the family dynamic; I love that the characters always have each other's backs, no matter what.
Raven and Otto were absolutely captivating. I adored their chemistry and the tension that simmered beneath the surface before they acted on it. They have known each other for a long time, and they can read each other like a book. Being Raven’s hero during her nightmares had me swooning. The suspense in the plot was perfect.
I listened to the audiobook, narrated by Connor Crais and Desiree Ketchum. Both did fantastic jobs, and Connor's voice is always a pleasure. This excellent book is available on KU. I hope you read it and love it, too! Let me know what you think!
Quotes:
“You are the light inside of me, Raven. Only thing that could ever lead me out of the dark. Gonna love you through it all. Under every endless moon. And when dawn finally breaks, I will watch you rise.”
“Look at you, Raven. Look at who you are. If you could only see the way I see you. You are brave and strong. So goddamn beautiful. A bloom in the middle of the darkest night.”

We are back in Moonlit Ridge and I loved every second of it. Raven and Otto's story was highly anticipated and had me locked in from the start. They have been in each other's lives for a long time, and Otto is like a big brother to Raven. As they got older, the nature of their relationship changed. When Raven is ready to move out from under her brother's watchful eye and be on her own, Otto steps in to offer her a place to stay. Raven is forbidden, but being in a shared space makes it hard for them to fight their feelings. I fell completely in love with this couple. They are so perfect for each other. I love nothing more than a grumpy, morally grey man who is down bad for a woman. Otto is protective and will do anything to make sure Raven is taken care of. The way he showed his love for Raven had me absolutely melting. I love Raven! She is fierce and definitely holds her own. People underestimate her, but she is strong and is a survivor. I loved witnessing their relationship grow. The tension, angst, and slow burn were delicious. Raven knew what she wanted and refused to let Otto push her away. I truly could not get enough of these two together. Raven and Otto's story had me giddy, and the suspense had me on the edge of my seat. The ending made my jaw hit the floor! What a story! This is the perfect forbidden, age gap, brother's best friend romance. I can't wait for the next book in this series!
Narration:
Desiree Ketchum and Connor Crais. Enough said. Their performances were so good! Desiree and Connor ARE Raven and Otto. They fully embodied these characters and brought them to life in the best way. I could feel all of the angst, tension, and undeniable chemistry between Raven and Otto. Desiree and Connor are an amazing narrating duo and I had a wonderful time listening to this audio.

This was my first time reading A.L. Jackson and I immediately got lost in Otto and Raven’s love story! This book is the epitome of “it’s always been you” and wow, did I fall in love with it!
The way Otto loved and cared for Raven really touched my heart. Their chemistry was so incredibly palpable that I could feel it jumping off the pages at me! When they finally crossed the line that would change their relationship forever, the slow burn erupted into a raging inferno. The longing, the mutual pining, the angst, the lingering, the tension, the darkness, the suspense… It all kept me on the edge of my seat, wanting more! Seeing them both get what they wanted for so long was beautiful and satisfying! Otto’s love confession in particular was one of the best scenes I’ve ever read in a romance book. It took my breath away and brought tears to my eyes! I really couldn’t love this book more and can’t wait to read the rest of the series!
Sending a huge thank you to A.L. and Valentine PR for the arc in exchange for an honest review. It was such a pleasure to read this amazing book! A.L. has a gained a fan for life!

A.L. Jackson is constantly affirming to me she is a favorite author! Under an Endless Moon is an unrequited love, brother’s best friend romance that beautifully blends tragic pasts, unconditional love, and the strength of brotherhood and partnership. Jackson will easily sweep you up into this romance with her elegant and clear writing style, that is perfectly evocative, is able to blend lightness and darkness while balancing these rich and emotional characters and their world. With a strong brotherhood at the center of this novel (and this series), Jackson is able to show the emotional situations, these strong and brave men, and the danger they fight every day in the hopes to create a more beautiful world.
For Raven it has always been Otto, she has loved her for years, she knows who he is, and she is learning that she has to take the first step in fighting for what they could be. Otto is this strong man with this beautiful heart, but he thinks his soul is too tainted for Raven. This novel blends sensuality and suspense brilliantly in order to explore this forbidden relationship. I loved watching Otto’s protective nature take over as he continues to learn what he needs in life and what he is willing to fight for. This novel is rich with emotions. This novel has this beautiful under layer of tension and mystery that helps to drive Raven and Otto further into each other’s arms. The chemistry between Otto and Raven runs deep with understanding, trust, and respect. It is clear that these two are soul mates just waiting for the right time to be together (and who doesn’t love a sweet nickname and secret personal tattoos).
Under an Endless Moon is a suspense driven romance, that explores the darkness of humanity, the gray space between good and bad, and the lengths we will go to protect the ones we love. Jackson creates this clear and open space for the reader to get these glimpses into the difficult nature of Raven and Otto’s youth and how that has shaped who they are today. Jackson does this with the grace and understanding that is deserved of these building blocks. Their pasts have made these two the compassionate, caring and understanding individuals that they are. I love that Otto and Raven become the safe space and home that they other has always craved, they are the other’s favorite person, and when they finally take the dive into exploring their feelings there is nothing they won’t do to protect the other and love them with a full heart.
If you can not already tell, I wholehearted recommend this novel and Jackson. If you love a romantic suspense with a sensual and rich relationship at its center. If you love a brotherhood of men who would do anything for each other. If you love a female friendship born of love and support. Than A.L. Jackson is an author for you!
