Absolutely loved this one! Otto & Raven forever!!

I really enjoyed the romance in this book. It was a bit forbidden, bodyguard, and roommates. The tension between these two was palpable because they have been dancing around each other forever. Seeing that tension build and then snap was delightful to read. Mutual pining is always going to work for me in a romance. It's so sweet seeing the characters gush over each other, plus it brings angst without a ton of drama.

The suspense plot was written well. I kept trying to guess what would happen next and was excited to see the mystery unravel. The plot was paced well too.

The steamy scenes were fantastic. I thought they were tasteful but still steamy.

Overall, a great addition to the series, but can be read as a standalone. If you love roommates to lovers, brother's best friend, bodyguard, and romantic suspense give this a try!

To say I was anxiously awaiting Otto and Raven's story since finishing From Here to Eternity would be a huge understatement. I knew A.L. Jackson had something big in store for us with this couple and she delivered in every way. The mutual pining and angst was top tier. Seriously, the emotional journey we went on with Otto and Raven as they finally gave in to what they've both been feeling for years was nothing short of breathtaking.

She was his favorite person, and him hers, but he didn't feel worthy or enough to love someone as special as Raven, and her scars form the past kept a hold of her even when she desperately wanted to move on. Their genuine friendship and love for one another ran so deep, to the core of both of them, and when they came together as one my heart exploded with joy.

I really enjoyed revisiting River, Charleigh and Nolan and the rest of the Sovereign Sanctum because they are all such an integral part of this world and the underlying story and journey of each main couple.

The suspense and intrigue that I've come to love from A.L. Jackson was ever present and added that special touch that only she has with her stories. The way she writes this band of brothers and found family is beautiful and I can't wait to see what's next in Moonlight Ridge.

This is book two in this series and could be read as a standalone, but I feel you get a better perspective of things if you read book one first, because they are interconnected. This is Raven and Otto's story. They both have their demons and they both have been harboring feelings for one another for a very long time. They are each other's calm. Raven has her secrets, and Otto has his but what they don't realize is that their secrets are connected and that they are both what each other needs. Of course, Otto tells her that they can't be anything because he made an oath to her brother and he thinks that he is no good for her and that she deserves better, what he doesn't realize though is that she doesn't want anyone but him. There are a lot of deeper feelings and things going on. To find out about all the deeper meanings and the danger and darkness that is after them you will have to read this book! If you love Age gap, best friend's little sister, cute nicknames, and suspense then go grab this book! 100% recommend! I can't wait for Kanes story!

Holy Hell - I LOVED this so so much.

We are back in Moonlit Ridge, following Otto and Raven’s story.

Otto is part of the Sovereign Sanctum and a fierce protector of Raven. We met them both in From Here to Eternity, where the pull between these two was undeniable.

Raven is River’s brother, leader of the Sanctum and Otto made a vow many years ago to never look at Raven in any other way than a little sister - despite it nearly killing him.

Raven, despite being from a torturous background is a strong and feisty FMC and one I would love to have in my corner - she is loyal to a fault.

Otto - oh honestly no words, he is cocky, not to be messed with and down so bad for Raven.

This best friend’s sister story was just so good, I couldn’t stop reading and had to sit for a while after staring at the wall 😂…

Otto & Raven have become a favorite couple and I can’t wait to read the other members’ stories, because I just know that A.L Jackson will deliver even more amazing stories in this series💕

Thank you to the author for allowing me to read this arc, as always I am so grateful

***ARC REVIEW***
Under an Endless Moon (Moonlit Ridge #2) by A.L. Jackson
Pub Date: 2/10/25

In the simplest terms, this series is about a group of ex-MC morally grey heroes in a small town and their found family. Otto is River's (the MMC of book 1) best friend/"brother" and Raven is River's younger (by 8 years) sister who he has taken care of since she was 9 when they fell in with this band of brothers. They all lived together for several years until they moved to this small town together to start a new life. Otto is 9 years older than Raven, but they've always shared a special bond. In their older years, that bond morphed into caged desire. And here is where we begin under an Endless Moon.

OTTO & RAVEN!!!! 😍🔥🥰🥵😱❤️
The attraction between them was palpable in From Here to Eternity (Book 1), so I was dying for their story. I was not fully prepared.

So, I don't typically love an age gap where one party was a child when they met. It feels a little murky to me. But, darn it, I just wanted them to be together NOW, and it didn't seem too skeevy, so I let that slide 🫣. Otto and Raven have a complicated past that has had them closely intertwined for 16 years and somewhere along the line their lines blurred and feelings embedded deep down in both of them.

We get a detailed look into Raven's past traumas and how Otto had been the only one to calm and comfort her for all those years, until the worst happened and they lost someone they loved while almost losing Raven too. Otto has done plenty of bad things in his life, but he will do whatever it takes to protect the ones he loves, especially Raven, and he decided that the best thing he can do for her is keep her out of his lifestyle and act like she's his "baby sister" to keep the line drawn. (Not very convincingly lately, might I add.) Until someone comes after Raven, and he's once again there to protect her. When she confesses her truth and her feelings, how could he hurt her further by resisting? Consequences be damned.

Forbidden attraction, forbidden love, slow burn to raging fire. I just love Otto and Raven together. Their friendship is so sweet. And their love is so "endless" 😉. The suspense in this story was so good. Kept me on my toes waiting for the next revelation. The finale was gripping. I'm looking forward to our next visit to Moonlit Ridge for Kane's book!

Holy smokes! What a ride this is. Otto and Raven have been friends for years, her brother is his best friend. They have a connection with that friendship, he's a protector, and that goes deep into his bones. I absolutely loved that closeness between them, and how he is her strength. This story gives us some twists and turns, danger, sweet, heat, and more. I loved this found family and I am looking forward to the next book!

Under an Endless Moon is a great mafia like romance with a satisfying finally giving into feelings!

Otto has been Raven’s safe place since she was young. Raven and her brother escaped their abusive father and joined up with Otto and his group. Years later, someone is targeting Raven, and Otto will stop at nothing to make sure she stays safe.

You could feel the passion and care between these two characters deeply. I really enjoyed the way Amy gave us bits and pieces of their past to learn what they’ve been through and who could potentially be going after Raven. I really look forward to getting to know the other guys in the group!

I have been waiting for Raven & Otto’s story since From Here to Eternity!! Raven was such a spunky character & Otto was so mysterious and you could tell they had it bad for each other!

Otto is completely forbidden from Raven because she is also off limits being the clubs “baby sister”. But they want each other so bad that nothing will stop them.

I had the privilege of receiving the eARC & the ALC. Connor Crais & Desireé Ketchum brought these guys to life!! I pictured them no different than what they gave us! I love being able to get both because then I can tandem read/listen and really soak in the book.

Thank you to Valentine PR & AL Jackson for giving me the privilege to read & listen! 🖤

I am ruined by yet another book, but I continue to allow it to happen because I love it and wouldn’t have it any other way! I was so excited for this story and it was everything I could have wanted and more.

If you’ve read From Here to Eternity, you knew as well as everyone else in the Moonlit Ridge crew that there was something more between Raven and Otto than they let on, and it all exploded in a stunning array in this story. Raven and Otto have been hiding their feelings for each other for years…well, Otto was doing more hiding than Raven, because he didn’t want to ruin things between him and Raven, but also didn’t want to ruin things between him and River, who was like a brother to him. One thing I loved was how open Raven was about her feelings, not necessarily her feelings about Otto, but just in general. She always wanted to be free and the best way she could do that was be who she was all the time, and it was great to see her be so open in that way. Otto was more closed off, but it was easy to see that the one person he could be open with was Raven, and it was so great to watch him slowly open up more and more to her in this story. Raven was such a strong woman, even if she didn’t always feel that way, and I admired her so much throughout the story. I especially loved it when she finally told Otto that enough was enough and stood up for her feelings by making it clear that she wanted the truth from him because he was hurting her more by keeping that from her. I related to Raven a lot and it made me connect with her so deeply, and I loved seeing her stand up for herself and get what she wanted in life, which was to be free and spread her wings outside of her brother’s protection.

AL Jackson always pulls me in and captivates me with her writing! She has an amazing way with words that speaks to my soul and always keeps me enthralled in the story because it pulls me in so well. I also love how she weaves the suspense into her stories so well; I get so absorbed in the mystery of the story and get lost in the words. There’s always the perfect amount of suspense interwoven in an amazing love story and it always keeps me coming back for more! Raven and Otto's story completely captivated me and I can’t wait to see what happens next in Moonlit Ridge!

Thank you, AL Jackson and Valentine PR, for providing me with an ARC!
