Meh. Read like a movie script. Would be more interesting as a movie. Detailed descriptions of fight scenes just aren’t that interesting to read...for example, I swung my left arm at the bad guy’s head and he ducked but then I kicked him in the right shin and he went down like a ton of bricks. Really that’s what the fight scenes are like in this latest effort......

DNF at 75%
So frustrating. I can tell the co-authorship isn't quite fusing the personality of Reacher. The plot feels disjointed. I can tell the parts that seem to be written by the brother, as they're heavily staccato, drenched in environmental description, and most critically, lacking personality.

I'm obsessed with the Reacher books and this has been such a disappointment.

I quite enjoyed this one as it was different lot of characters with different depths, it felt more OG JR.
