Extremely slow in the beginning to set the scene, however once it picked up speed I couldn’t put it down.

I think this is interesting subject matter but I found it really difficult to follow / keep track of who all the women Mundy refers to were. Maybe it was the fact that I listened to this as an audiobook, but it felt disjointed and confusing. Hoping to find another book on the topic because it is quite amazing what these women accomplished!
This contains a lot of information that was really interesting. I got a little confused with the sudden jumps in topic and time, but overall it was very interesting. I want to re-read it to pick on more information and have a better understanding of everything that this book contains because there is so much good stuff. I am really glad that this book and other books like this exist because it's amazing to see contributions of women brought to light.
Fascinating, especially if you’re a WWII history buff. It was a lot of history and not a lot about the individual women who worked in the field. I wanted more of that!
I loved this book. I think the marriage between storytelling and relating historical facts was excellent. Really wonderful tale about incredible, intelligent women.
may come back at some point, i like fantasy/fiction more than nonfiction

A solid non-fiction read, though it was easy to mix up some of the women as it went along.
