I am glad I picked this book up. A timely read for a better understanding of what happened to the Palestinian people. If you want start reading about the Israeli occupation in Pakistan through fiction, I'd say this book is it.

I felt like the author jumped around with flashbacks and forwards too much and that made things confusing for me. Very humbling and sad story. I appreciated that I could learn about Palestine from a fictional story perspective.
