an urgent message to wake up and live bigger, outside of individualism, and for the planet.

Most of the time, the experience of reading this book is like this:

And every once in a while, it's like this:

This one sits somewhere between "It's crap" and "I quite like it". I spent over 12 hours listening to the author's own reading, which is nearly 3 weeks of driving for me, and at the end I feel like I can do it again. At first it started like another angry woman ranting about life, but at some point the tone became more friendly, even pleasant, not confronting, lots of positive words, lots of positive thoughts to meditate in.
I didn't know who Sarah Wilson is prior to reading this book, and I won't set out to find more about her, but from what she shares in this book, she sure gained my respect for her way of life.
I will make a list of all the exercises she suggests in the book. I think I already do some of them naturally. But we all need to do more.
But here the's thing that make the book crap. Essentially it's a book about saving the planet and saving humanity, against consumerism and capitalism. But it's not a scientific book and it's not very informational. The book has no structure, it's mostly jumping about from one topic to another.

She zips around from practical advice to terrifying stats to stories about lovers on her travels, and I can understand why some people would find it confusing or frustrating, but I just loved it. She cares SO MUCH and with her whole heart and I find that just so inspiring to spend time with.
