A fable incorporating the eight step process of successful change. Interesting but not earth-shattering.

An excellent book on how to drive change and lead the path towards success, by joining efforts as a team. And I absolutely love penguins, so for me it was a very pleasant read. :)

This book was written in fable form, and was a cute concept for explaining the process of change. Because of the fable form, it would be easy to apply it just about all ages of people.
The only thing was I felt it was almost too simple, and didn't really elaborate on the steps in a specific enough way.

Wasn’t as stupid as I had been expecting. But overall a pretty useless book. Fables don’t belong in business. Business is just making money and should not be confused with moral lessons about adapting to change.

Best self help book I have read. It i short and not even boring. I enjoyed it more than several novels I have read.
This model will improve any organization and teach leaders how to lead.

Hard to rate this book. I didn't walk away feeling blown away by anything and it was required for work. I did hear some relevancy but overall I wouldn't have picked this up unless it was required.

Another one we read as a team building/"soft skills" development activity at work. The writing is really cheesy, overly simple, and feels like storytime appropriate for schoolchildren. I didn't get anything out of it.
I also have a hard time putting up with any books that contain advertisements for themselves or wherein the authors praise themselves and go on and on about their accomplishments or their writing. There was a significant amount of both here.
