“Turn something crappy into something sweet” is one quote from this book that I think sums the whole thing up. I loved the art style and the order Tyler Feder puts her events in.

Feder is also Jewish and shares how the mourning and grieving process is done in Jewish culture.
This book made me sob but also reflect on my own personal grief. So, if you're looking for a good cry or a good book about grief, I recommend this! I did read the graphic novel but also listened to the audiobook and would recommend both.

Reading it made me revisit my own grief from three of my grandparents dying in the past two years, and really face how I also feel like I'm not healing correctly or fast enough because I still miss them so much.
