Ahhh, it was a perfect ending, but I feel like there could have been just a little bit more just for Daemon and Katy!
My overall favorite character honestly is Luc. Something about that kid just brings a smile to my face.
I'm not too good with reviews, but this definitely was a great book series! I took a while to read it because I didn't want to lose Daemon, Dee, Dawson, Beth, and Katy so soon!

Finally!! I finished the series haha. I had tried finishing this series before but I got into quite a long book slump, so I tried again after a couple years and got yet another book slump haha. But I’m curious to know how it all wrapped up so I pushed myself.
It’s a decent ending I guess, some scenes/outcomes are a bit too convenient. But it’s definitely a roller coaster ride of emotions—it makes me change my opinion between loving and hating the author.
But I feel like there’re a lot of questions left unanswered though—

Reread. While I think this is the weakest book in this series I still enjoyed getting to see how the characters ended up at the end of everything. This will always be a favorite series of mine and will always bring me so much nostalgia! Highly recommend this series!

What a series finisher!! So many ups and downs in this book. I love how it ended, but I hate how somethings had to happen. Definitely recommend this series to anyone who loves a little paranormal/alien invasion/romance vibes.

Esperé... ¿Qué? ¿Año y medio? ¿Más? Ya no lo sé, pero la espera de Opposition fue eterna, y debo decir que a pesar de que el libro es bueno, esperaba... No sé. Llorar como Magdalena, reír como una histperica, y enamorarme hasta las entrañas de Deamon. Y no es que no pasó, es solo que... Me dejó con gusto a poco Jennifer. Amo a esta autora, amo a esta saga, y el final no fue lo que esperaba, no tenía esa mágia que muchos finales tienen, teniendo en cuenta, que esta saga es una de mis favoritas. Fue como soso, aburrido, y demasiado falso.
En sí, todo daba para que este final sea maravilloso, y leí el libro en dos días, fue ligero y fácil de leer, los personajes son maravillosos y la historia ya se venía planeando desde Origin, con aquel debastador final rompe-almas. Pero no llegó a convencerme. Aclaro esto, no es que NO me gusto, SI me gustó, pero no llegó a ser ese final épico que esperaba, ese final que SÉ, Jennifer podría haber dado con mucho más esmero. La historia me gustó mucho, eso sí. El hecho de que Daemon despareciera con Dee y Dawson, dejando a Kat a días luego de casarse, fue como: WTF(? Pero luego se iba entendiendo qué es lo que pasaba, por qué lo hizo y qué planeaban hacer. Las especies: humanos, híbridos, orígenes, luxen y arum aparecieron todas, más el Cameo de un arum que particularmente amo mucho (Hunter, cof cof :p). Me ha gustado que los malos sean TODOS, humanos, orígenes, luxen, arum, no hay un enemigo en sí, todo lo sucedido, es culpa de un sumún de cosas... Y creo que esto, de parte de la autora fue acertado.
Deamon y Katty son exactamente iguales, la esencia de los personajes se mantiene, Daemon todo luchador, sarcástico y enamorado perdidamente de Katty, pero ella, a pesar de que también mantiene su línea, se ha vuelto más dura, más luchadora, toda una guerrera. El cambio de Kitten me gustó mucho, y la pareja entre estos dos es maravillosa. Una de mis favoritas en la literatura juvenil. Pero a pesar de que todo fue genial, no me termina de convencer, creo que el problema no es sólo de la autora, sino que también mío, porque amé tanto, que la idealicé muchísimo, y quería que me volara la cabeza, cosa que no pasó. En fin, a pesar de no ser el libro alusinante que esperaba, es muy bueno. Saludos, Danna.

Well, this is it. Katy and Daemon's story has come to and end. I am not sure how I feel about that though. I just stared at my book for a few minutes with my "What do I do with my life now?" look.
This review is hard to write because I don't want to spoil anything (I seem to have a habit of that though) So I am going to make a few comments and end it.
I am not sure what I expect of Opposition. But I am more then happy with everything that happened and how it turned out.
I love the duo point of view, maybe just because I like Daemon's wise ass comments, but I like it.
Opposition was an emotional roller coaster, my feels haven't been hit that hard in a while.
Katy and Daemon scenes .... Whoa. Daemon's mind it just .... I think we all know what I am talking about.
Tons of action, it kept me on the edge of my seat and wanting so much more....
So much betrayal. So many unlikely allies.
The epilogue was perfect, I was laughing and crying at the same time.
A very awesome conclusion for a very awesome book series!
I also want to bring up the cover for a minute, I saw that a lot of people dislike this cover. I agree and disagree this cover goes with Beginnings (Books 1 and 2) and Consequences (Books 3 & 4) so I like how they match. But I see the point, on how the cover doesn't match the rest of the individual books. But either way as long as Pepe Thoth is on the cover I am going to be very happy.

I cannot believe that this series that I have come to love so much, is over.
I loved this book a lot and so much stuff happened in this book.
I didn't see Katy's moms death coming, and hurt like hell.
I just love this book and it is now one of my favourite series of all time now.
I am going to miss being in this world, but that is what re reading is for, right?
