Not particularly the best of books, especially in the New Adult genre. I find the genre a little tedious now; hardly any new, fresh voices.

This book was better than I expected. Some parts were a bit irritating and annoying but besides the point. I love the way he stood up to his mom. I love how he didn't keep making the same mistakes like most romance novels. I liked how cute they were. I just wish there a bit more to them. I feel like we didn't get to know much about their personalities and their backgrounds. It was mostly focus on their little banter and their love story. If there a bit more to it, then maybe I would've given it 4.5 or 4.9. they were freaking hot and I felt the chemistry between them.

I enjoyed the writing style and the characters, but nothing really happened in the book. I was expecting something more.

Bitch Face was definitely an appropriate name for Jade. She was overly bitchy, so I never grew to like her. The story was pretty anti-climactic as well.

DO NOT READ unless you happen to LIKE egotistical, possessive douchebags that border on abusive and 'rapey' personalities.
And while I wish the entire fault for me not liking this book could only rely on the male protagonist, the female character is just as bad.
I was angry and frustrated pretty much this ENTIRE book.
But I am not a quitter.
So I finished it.
For you guys.
So I could tell you how much I hate it and do not recommend it.
You're welcome.

THIS BOOK WAS SO CUUUUUTE.
Shepard is a wet dream and a well known manwhore around the campus.
Jade is a feisty red head that has an ice queen vibe.
One night they meet under the most ridiculous circumstances, and the rest is history.
I absolutely loved this book, and I love the whole "college themed" books just because nothing dark really happens in them, so after I read a really intense dark novel, it's nice to just kick back with a sweet, easy going book.
There were moments where I wanted to rip my hair out...
description
And then there were moments where Shep was being a complete dick..
description
But there were really sweet, happy moments

Definitely recommend this book to anyone who's looking for an easy going book without a lot of drama, and for those who loved "Beautiful Disaster" or "The Deal"
"4 SURPRISING, SWEET, LOVING STARS"
