The first story was the strongest and the last story was the weakest. It all felt like a jumbled mess at the end, which I expect was the point.

DID NOT FINISH: 46%

Orkar inte ta mig igenom mer av den här boken, suger och för mycket saker som inte går ihop för att min hjärna ska tycka det är bra, för mycket saker som är ologiskt som bara blir för att ska vara roligt eller bra

Pretentious nerds love these books and unfortunately they’re one of my favorite things I’ve ever read

Since there are 5 books, they do all vary in quality [I did not enjoy the last one in plot very much, and certain characters like Fenchurch weren’t developed well, while some like Zaphod were dropped entirely] but even the ones I didn’t like are still enjoyable because they are just absurd and still have funny parts that stuck with me

I've finished the first book in this compilation.

I think living in Cambridge may have ruined me for this book. It's funny, but it also sounds like it was written by a Cantab. I could imagine seeing this dramatized locally by the Footlights or something.
