The winner of the Golden Kite award, an Ezra Jack Keats honor, and the best book of the year but the Chicago Public Library, this wonderful book is now available as a board book. I loved the big and acts of kindness throughout the book as well as the acknowledgement that being kind can sometimes be hard but even little acts of kindness can make a big difference.

Kindness is a great thing. Everyone needs to do more of it, especially with what all is going on in the world. I hope on 2022 people are more kinder to one another.

Personally, I enjoyed the wholesomeness of this book. My daughter enjoyed the illustrations as she is a little too young to truly enjoy the quality of the this book and what it means to be kind. I think this book is the perfect compilation of examples of how to be kind to others for early readers to enjoy.

A simple story with really pretty illustrations about showing kindness and how to do so in the everyday or after an embarrassing situation.

I honestly wish I could give this more than 5 stars. The effortlessly beautiful and uncomplicated way this book explains empathy and kindness is just fantastic.
