Mia spend this entire book proclaiming that she’s not naive and Zeke supports her in that. In saying that, Mia is not naive, she’s wilfully ignorant and somehow thats worse?
I enjoyed this book, fell for Zeke as we all should and Mia got on my nerves but i still ended up happy for them. A good standalone reads with good detail that helps not hinders the story.

Very disappointed in this book. Both author were my favorite but this book was a let down for me unfortunately. I felt bored while reading it. If the title didn't mentioned Mafia I would never know that they were mafia family. I mean there's no enemy during he being her bodyguard. How could Mia's father knew about her. She didn't knew about him in her 17 years and I really dislike Mia's character. She felt like a brat and stubborn girl. There's no tension in it and very disappointed at the plot resolve too quickly at the end.

Honestly… just not good. I love spicy books but this one was just cringy and the storyline was not good.
The age gap on this was too creepy to enjoy. She had just graduated high school and he's at or over 30. It's not a mafia romance, the majority of the story takes place at a private college and is forced proximity. If the authors wanted this route, it should have been set in graduate/medical/law school. At least someone old enough to legally drink. The sex scenes from his viewpoint and his dialogue were so cringy. I could go a lifetime without ever reading "juices coming from her tight little hole" again.
