I keep trying short story collections and more often than not I'm just not into them as much as I'd like to be. This one isn't bad, I did enjoy the characters and the fact all the stories were connected to one family, but the stories were just okay. None of the stories really stood out to me. If this author chooses to write a full length novel in the future, I'd def be down to give it a try.
