Reading the plot summary, I felt like this was going to be a slam dunk for me.

This book is seemingly a cozier, light-hearted mystery with all joes and ridiculous antics you might expect. But I couldn't get over the incessant slut-shaming throughout the book. The handling of this subject matter and what the authors were trying to do with this subplot didn't land for me.
