I looooved this one! One thing about Sirius Dawson: dudes gonna yearn. He was giving Mr. Darcy hand flex energy all over the place. I loved this story because as a regular degular gal myself, I’ve had to do a lot of work realizing that while I might not have the level of beauty that Jana from Love Island USA has, I’ve still got the foods. I would have loved to have seen more work on Isabel’s end of recognizing her badassery, but it was really sweet to watch her relationship with Gabby grow over the course of the book!

Better than the last one! I still found the romance a bit stilted - the entirety of the interest between the two leads is just "inexplicable interest" and honestly I find that to be a bit of a lazy trope - but it's definitely an improvement. The plot was definitely more interesting in this book and the characters felt somewhat more developed. Looking forward to reading the next one!
