I didn't know I need a book without any plot whatsoever. And yet it was perfect. Like falling asleep in a cozy secondhand bookshop. Great stuff, very relaxing.

I enjoyed it, but am annoyed about the epilogue.

I’ve dipped in and out of this for the past few months. It’s very amusing and if you’re a bookseller - like me! - it’s extremely relatable.

However, it’s a diary so there’s no plot point so to speak, and while entertaining a bit repetitive at times.

It has however, made me want to visit The Bookshop, Wigtown. Consider it officially on my ‘Bookish Bucket List.’
