This book had a lot of potential, but fell somewhat flat for me.
The characters were enjoyable and the story was promising, but by the end I felt as though some of the storylines (namely the heavily implied romance and the plotline with Eva's column) were unfinished.
Other than that, this was a decent read!

I freaking loved this graphic novel. It gave very much Hallmark/Lifetime in the fall vibes. Sarah can go to hell for putting her hands on Max. Ma’am, keep ya hands to yourself. And not only that, she was not a supportive wife. Then she wanted him back after seeing him with Eva, whom she called chubby. I wanted to fight.

Pat is a real one. He is that friend that will go to war for you in a heartbeat. I did not like Eva’s mom. The pressure of her to find a job and a man at the same time. Her sister signing her up for the non dating app was genius.

I loved all the meet cutes. They legit ran into each other everywhere. When they found out they were each other’s match, I initially thought how immature Max was for leaving, but then Pat explained it and I kind of understood.

It was all around a great read and I want to read it again for the first time.
