Entertaining, funny, amusing, and wholesome. I was kind of annoyed by how reactive the main character is until later on, and I felt like the resolution was definitely not fleshed out enough to resolve the conflict right before the end, but I enjoyed it anyways!
the characters all felt like real people and the conflicts felt very genuine. a very interesting take on the 'fake dating' trope too!!! needed one more pass through by a copy editor for a couple of typos but it doesn't matter to the content of the text.

I listened to this as an audiobook, and loved the dialogue between characters, it felt like being in a room with them, natural and engaging. I just didn't like anything else - especially the two unfriendly and unlikeable main characters
I haven’t read a book this fast or LOLd as much in a long time…maybe ever? Wow this was good. Funny, sappy, wonderful, wonderfully queer. And turns out the sequel drops in 6 months!!!
