Great version of an inter-generational story. A couple of lovely surprises and kindness all around. Also, I did laugh out loud a couple of times. That always gets a star in my ratings!

I loved this delightfully chaotic story. Featuring strong female characters with completely unexpected events and hilarity mixed in. Excited to read more from this author.

Louise and George are powerful women with strong intentions. Their mistakes and hiccups along the way keep it fun! Tanner was fairly representative of what a college-age student prioritizes, and I loved watching her change over the course of the story.

Light and humerous, not the usual read for me. I’d give it a 3.5 and round up. A lazy summer day kind of book that has just enough humor to inspire a smile and enough twists to merit reading to the end.

I really enjoyed this one! It reminded me of two books I enjoyed by Fredrik Backman, Anxious People and A Man Called Ove. A nice mix of older and younger generations and a good story with some interesting turns I did not see coming.
