I, unfortunately, read many of the reviews before beginning this book. I normally don't. However, I couldn't disagree more with some of them. I really enjoyed this book. The characters were very approachable in my mind. I love the immersion of past events and their connection to the present. And what a clear picture on the ripple effect of such a loss. I feel this book portrays a fabulous message of choices and the ability to change one's mind yet still be considerate of others that are affected.
3.5 STARS ⭐️ A quick and intense story about love and friendship. I enjoyed this a lot. There were parts that really pulled at my emotions and made for a pleasant read. Great for a rainy/snowy day.
