Viktor and Beckett are one of those pairings that unexpectedly work. Loudly. Aggressively.
Beckett is new to Crestwood, here to coach hockey and keep his life quiet for once. And then Viktor storms into it like a hurricane with a goalie mask and zero impulse control.
Viktor is all sharp edges and chaos. Unfiltered, unhinged, always two seconds from getting benched or arrested. And Beckett? He’s the one man Viktor can’t seem to scare off—no matter how hard he tries. The tension between them is immediate, electric, and absolutely a disaster waiting to happen.
And it does happen.
Loudly. Repeatedly.
Beckett fights it at first—hard. He’s the coach, Viktor’s the player. It’s messy. It’s forbidden. But the more Viktor pushes, the harder it gets to pretend he doesn’t want it. And when it finally breaks? It breaks.
Viktor is obsessive in the way that’s both terrifying and oddly sweet. He doesn’t know how to love quietly, and honestly? That’s what makes it work. Because Beckett doesn’t need soft—he needs real. And Viktor, for all his madness, is.
The angst is heavy. The s3x is intense. The emotions sneak up on you when you least expect them. And underneath all the yelling and shoving and nearly getting caught, there’s something surprisingly steady forming between them.
After everything with Beckett's ex, they just grow closer and stronger. They heal from their own traumas and problems. Together.
They’re not perfect.
They’re a trainwreck.
But by the end, it feels like home.

There are so many walking red flags that this could be a bull rodeo. Also remembered halfway through that I knew half of these characters so...points for the marketing?
