I just could not get into this book or attached to the characters in any way throughout. I was also not expecting how much religion would be involved in this book and that is typically not for me.

This book was cute but just okay overall. I enjoyed the holiday spirit it captured and the quick pace of the plot. The addition of religion guilt felt a bit odd and unexpected for this type of book. Still, it’s a decent read to get into the Christmas spirit.
