Good, took a while to get pulled in but then sped through, though overall pacing did suffer -
too much time in the beginning with cliffhangers and mystery and setup and then the end at the staircase was totally rushed, could have used a lot more time on Elliot, their backstory, Grace’s time back, and the entire culture and setup for TS.
still a cute read though

I had to read this book for class and I really loved it. I am not a graphic novel person so I was skeptical but this story was so sweet and I absolutely loved the outer space setting and aesthetic. The artwork of this novel was incredible. This book is unique because it takes modern society and flips it on its head. There are no cisgender male characters and all of the couples are queer. The relationship between Grace and Mis was really sweet and I loved the mystery involved. This is definitely one of my most favorite books I’ve read for school!
