I won't go too in depth as people are still reading and so on. But I will say: ignore negative comments. Read it for yourself.

It's like the epilogue, really. It's a little self serving but there's something nice about things being rounded off.

It's cheesy, yeah, but it's a nice dip back into the world of Harry Potter. And the plot surprised me, characterisation surprised me, crying like a little bitch at the end surprised me. ok, that last one didn't. I'm an emotional wreck.

Hat eigentlich überhaupt nichts mit harry potter zu tun und ist einfach unlogisch geschrieben. Man merkt, dass JKR einfach mut noch geld verdienen wollte und nicht mit dem Herzen dabei war.

So it took me about 3 1/2 hours to read this ....
And while I wish it would have lasted longer or that I would have read it slower, I loved every second of it!! It was so awesome to be back at Hogwarts with all the old characters thrown in and all the new characters as well!! I really hope they do another one because I would love to read more about Albus and Scorpius and their time at Hogwarts!!
I know a lot of people were disappointed, saying this was all fanfic and whatnot but I loved it. I liked seeing the world from a different perspective. And maybe it's because I got used to reading a lot of plays in high school, but I thought it all flowed really well and that the overall plot was really quite good.
This just totally made my summer and I couldn't be happier.

It felt so forced I’m sorry but?? Like all the usual magic shit was there but yet it just didn’t feel like part of the series. Realistically since it’s a play I could’ve just stomached it but uhhh I’ve got about 9 other books staring at me right now so. Sorry?
I mean I already read it when I was a kid but I couldn’t remember much about it which is why I picked it up in the first place so um. I think I’ll just find a recap somewhere.
