There was a moment here when I thought this could be a 4 star or at least something above 3. But alas. So much potential. Poor execution. The concept was fantastic but the limited scope of the story really annoyed me at points. I am very intrigued by the topic of death and the potential in this book. At the 80% mark, i heard back from the college for my masters and then I was too numb to effectively feel anything about this book whatsoever. I did not care for the characters and that this was so America centric. More existentialism would not have been misplaced.
