A practical guide that didn't feel too obtuse or detached from real experiences. Also has a lot of resources available for practical implementation.

I really liked James Clear’s writing style! I think he made some complex scientific ideas very easy to digest and implement.

Tiktok books made me buy it.

I appreciate some of the insight of this book but like most self help, it could have been much shorter. I did learn a few new things and felt motivated to think about my daily habits. I think my preference for these books is based upon how much I like the author and I didn’t really enjoy their anecdotal research.

“Zen & The Art of Motorcycle Maintenance” and “Thinking Fast & Slow” have been two books gifted to me that I need to get to, especially after reading this
informative fast-paced

Lots of actionable, solid advice and cognitive reframes about habit formation and changing systems. However, totally could have been a long blog post or essay instead.
