The second I heard this came out I rushed to the nearest bookstore and bought a copy. It only took me a day to read and I was disappointed when I finished. Now I can't wait for the third book to come out and I will more than likely been in line for a copy the day it comes out.

I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVED IT!!!!

the bond between a girl and a book series she read as a teenager should really be studied

Slowly working its way thru my to read list. This second book missed the humor it seemed to be the set up for something in the future. It was a fine read sort of like a fast food burger

This was another light, easy read. It somewhat followed the formula of the first book, Cammie meets another boy and she and her friends spy on him. But it had its own clever twist that made it just different enough. I do hope that the other books explore different plots though.
PS: Bonus points for 2 Buffy references (there were 3 in the first book! I suspect Ally Carter is a fellow fan.)

I couldn't believe that I loved this book more than the first. I was so sad when I heard that nothing was fixed with Josh but when I met Zach I fell in love with him the moment he walked in the elevator. There was something so special about him. I'm glad that Cammie was finally able to see it. I hope we get to see more of him in the next book, they make a great team and he brings out the best in Cammie. He knows her true life and I think that is the scariest part for Cammie but is best for a life long partner. I have my fingers crossed for them!

This book made my summer!

Just a fun series. Will continue to plow through the rest of them. I do love the smart/strong/capable girl idea, but I do wish (as it is fiction, after all) that the mere sight of boys didn't render them quite so giddy. A little giddy, sure. But not to the extent that it happened in this novel. A small complaint, though, because I do love a little romance now and then.
