Griff and Heath are the second couple of the DMC and its a different pace from book 1, the back and forth between if they should or shouldnt be together keeps you wanting more. These two have been best friends forever and just don't know how to take the step into more without changing things in the other aspects of their lives. Once they figure it out, they are a perfect balance for each other in both work and home lives.
You also get to meet Felix (MC, Dating Disaster, fu universe) and all I can say he is gonna be fun to watch!

I really enjoyed this addition to the DMC series. Heath is such a good friend to Griff that it blows my mind their attraction truly didn't start earlier than it did. Griff was a character I wanted to love but he just needed more backbone for me. He put his life on hold for a year and then he still continued to worry about what his ex would think rather than enjoying life for himself.
Luckily Griff and Heath get their act together and realized they are made for one another. Great HEA but I would have loved it if Poppy wasn't such a ballbuster.
