Cute, fast paced fake-dating, friends to lovers rom com with a LOT of spice. But the miscommunication trope is NOT one of my favorites. I kept wanting to shake the two main characters and yell "JUST TALK TO EACH OTHER!"

It's was a fine book, nothing bad to say. It didn't hold my attention and I put it down to read more exciting things. And then when I tried to pick it up again, it'd been too long and I couldn't remember what had happened.
ADHD representation finally
Thank you for a fantastic book, and especially for a realistic representation of a main character realistically living with ADHD!

Life is a little hectic for me at present, and my reading time is very precious. Where once I used to read a book in a day or so is now taking me four plus days, having a grandson in the household will do that. I’m not complaining but expressing that I am now very selective with what I’ll pick up to read. One author I’ll never hesitate with is Lauren Blakely. I love her universe of characters that in some way overlap.
Rachel and Carter had a unique friendship since high school that gave them a bond of best friends. With her now single from a broken marriage and back in San Francisco, they are getting to spend more time together. A mistaken phone call, a bit of a flashing, and their friendship now goes into overdrive with ultra-sex and un-dating experiences. The thing with an LB book is there isn’t any dramatic angst but a relationship that has a smooth build to a sweet HEA. It doesn’t take too long before both realize their un-dating feels very real because there are feelings involved now. All they need to do is find the right time and courage to admit they have fallen in love. Don’t miss out on the bonus epilogue that made me smile a lot.
