I hated the main characters. Gracie is a doormat with no self-respect and no backbone, and Hudson is crass, offensive, and a liar. This book bills itself as “a holiday romantic comedy,” but it is not romantic, not comedy, and not how I want to spend my holiday.

Well this was a little spicier than I was expecting. Gracie’s family is just awful. She did have some character growth over a very short period of time. Hudson as well but not as dramatically. Oh well there are more holiday books.
