So this was really fun. The initial machismo and the way the MMC over shared in the beginning kind of put me off, but it worked and since it was an act, it was eventually forgivable. The transitions between scenes seemed clunky in a couple of places, but other than that, this was great. I loved her Granny!

the cover and description did NOT prepare me for this book at all. i was skeptical about a 600-page xmas romance but it was fun! i finished it in one day.
was it perfect? no. the family dynamic and pushover FMC were almost unbearable, but once it got better i forgot about that stuff because i was so entertained. it was WILD and i ate it UP

Okay was this book cheesy as hell. Yes. Was it a little over the top with the Christmas sexy talk. Definitely yes. Did I still enjoy it. For some reason also yes đ so much of this book was totally illogical and did not line up or make sense. The family was super annoying yes, but also some families really are like that. Though the part with them all taking the sisterâs side with the ex fiancĂ© cheating then proposing was a bit too much. The fact that it took her sister ruining a wedding dress for her to actually get mad was also dumb. I hated that she was a virgin and that it was such a big secret that she would go along with her ex fiancĂ© essentially blackmailing her with that info. And though Hudson fell a little too fast for me, I kind of didnât hate it. I wish he had been a tad less mean to her but it was clear that was his twisted way of trying to keep her from falling for him and keeping his distance. All in all this book was a bit chaotic but still kind of fun.

I donât know how to feel about this book. It was fragmented in places and jumped from one thing to another with no real explanation for a bit. I wanted to like it, but the ending is so wrong. It just moved way too fast and wrapped up in a neat little bow that made absolutely no real sense. Not even hallmark Christmas movie level of ârealisticâ sense. I think the idea is good. The execution not so much.

You know, I like all the things this book promised: a holiday setting, fun characters, sassy dialogue, sexy touches. But it was dreadful. The book was relentlessly annoying, without a hint of subtlety or mystery. And it was 500 pages long.
This was train wreck I couldnât turn away from despite how bad it was. I have no words.
Good rom com. Some of the parts was unbelievably over the top but I laughed multiple times throughout this book. Virgin discovering her sexuality. She loses her fiance to her slut sister and the following Christmas had to plan her sister and her ex fiancé wedding. So she hires a bad boy biker to split them up. End up falling for him.
