This book is terrible. The writing is bad, the characters are awful, the story makes 0 sense, and nothing even happens. Definitely skip this.

No es la gran lectura pero decidí tomarlo como lo que es una sátira al mundo moderno, el internet y los influencers con la necesidad de postear una vida constantemente perfecta, ame las no tan sutiles referencias a El señor de las moscas ( las cuales debía haber ya que duh, es un retelling) Mi único y más grande pero es que no sentí en ningún momento la tensión de que sus vidas estuvieran en peligro ni ese momento en el que la dinámica de poder dentro de la isla empieza a cambiar

This was not very money. While I appreciated the nods to Lord of the Flies and influencer culture... It just fell majorly flat for me. I couldn't tell if it was trying to be satirical, heartfelt, or what... It just didn't have enough substance. Added to the fact that you had to suspend your disbelief majorly to even remotely care about what was happening. It never truly felt like anything was at risk.
